My Christmas Cookie Party collection is brand new, super cute, loads of fun and totally FREE!! Invite a few sweeties you love over to bake up some holiday fun. I've included the invitations, preprinted cookie signs, cookie toppers and a matching sign to display at your party!

I set this little table up to surprise my girls with! They loved it!
The "Keep Calm and Bake On" Sign is 8"x10" so it will fit perfectly in a frame and who knows... it may just help your party run smoothly.

The Christmas Cookie Party signs are preprinted with the names of classic cookies. They can also be used as tags on your homemade treats!

I think my little Ivy's smile says it all!

My Christmas Cookie Party toppers can be cut out with a 2 inch circle punch (available at craft stores) or cut in to squares. Then attach a lollipop stick or toothpick to the back to make toppers. They can also be used as gifts tags, just write on the back!

The happiest little girls in the world. These two loved the little cookie party table!

The Little Gentleman Shower photos are finally here! And a big surprise to everyone.... the little gentleman himself is here! The absolutely beautiful baby Logan Gregory made his debut a little earlier than expected but is doing very well.  :)

Amanda and I have been friends since childhood and I really wanted this party to to be fabulous for her! I decided on The Little Gentleman theme and had a bunch of men's wear inspired digital prints made up in navy and orange. I used those prints to make all the invitations, cupcake toppers, menus and other coordinating party decor.

I made little matching menus to put at each place setting. The favors were adorable royal blue satin tuxedo bow headbands that I had custom made by Karla from Kurli Cues Boutique! I tucked them in to matching satin bags- reusable and super cute!

These darling printed napkins from JK Imprints were used to pass out cupcakes on while Amanda opened all her lovely gifts.

Having one long table allowed everyone to sit together and gave the party a clubroom feel. I used a variety of silver vases for the flower arrangements and two giant blue satin runners to dress up the table.

My homemade cupcakes with coordinating toppers. Yum!

This diaper cake did double duty as decor and a game. Guests had to guess how many diapers were used to make the cake, the closest without going over was the winner!

I also made four little cards with cheeky saying on them for the flower arrangements! This on says, "The Little Gentleman takes his evening bottle warmed and shaken, not stirred."

The lovely Kristen modeling a tuxedo bow headband favor!

I made four different mini tops hats as prizes for the games we played! The top hats not only match the Little Gentleman theme but were fun to wear!

Have you heard of Etsy? I kind of describe it as the world’s largest online craft fair, art show, vintage shop, supplies store in the world. People from all over have made their own virtual stores on Etsy where they sell everything from original works of art to hair bows. Basically your shop is what you make it.

I love Etsy because it puts me directly in touch with the person who made the treasure I just found. It’s like the coolest, most original stuff being made by the nicest people I’ve never met. Once you get the hang of it, I know you’ll love it!!
Here’s a few Etsy tips for newcomers:

1. It’s safest and easiest to pay with Paypal.

2. Make sure to click on “Policies” and read what’s there. That’s where you’ll usually find out how long shipping takes, what forms of payment they accept, return policies and more.

3. If you want to ask a question click on the Contact button. This will open a little Conversation or “Convo” window where you can send a little message to the shop owner. Convo is like Etsy’s in house email system, your personal email address will not be displayed.

Enjoy!! Emily

Thanksgiving is that special time of year when we get together with friends and family to  eat, laugh and be thankful for all that we have! (There’s usually a football game too....)

Sending invitations to your guests is a way to let them in on the details of your fabulous feast and make them feel honored. That's why I created these FREE Thanksgiving invitations! The rectangular invitation is 5”x7” so it will fit perfectly in an A7 envelope. The square invitation is 5x5 so it will fit  in a 5 3/4” square envelope.

Simply download, print out on white or ivory card stock, trim and send! Everyone will thank you for it! ;)
Happy Thanksgiving! Emily

Things have been a little spooky around the Clinton house lately.... but only because I have been working on this Halloween themed dessert table! I am so excited to share this dessert table with you because I put it together to show off my FREE Halloween printable collection and a few tasty treats you might try out on your sweeties.
I wanted something big and eye-catching for the back of my table so I bought honeycomb tissue fans and decorated them with different jack o’lantern features that I cut from sparkly scrapbook paper. (I even tried to make one look like the jack o’lantern on my printable collection just to really tie it all together!) For the tablecloth I decided on a royal purple, to make the orange cookies and decor pop. And I used pieces of my cupcake stand to create different levels for my sweet treats to sit on.
The desserts on my table are a mix of traditional fall favorites, simple twists on party table standards and a few that will definitely win you some complements from your guests! The “Poison Apples” are actually green apples covered with a sheet of caramel. (Yes, they sell it in sheets now!) I draped the caramel over the top of the apple to create the dripping effect. I made jumbo “Candy Corn Cupcakes” by dividing white cake batter in to two equal parts and then dying with food coloring. I layered the batter and then baked. When they were done I smeared them with vanilla frosting, added few candy corn and one of my Halloween toppers... and voila!  Delicious and adorable!
The “Jack O’Lantern Cookies” were store bought but I dressed them up with wired ribbon bow ties and displayed them in orange glittered boxes. My “Pond Slime Punch” and “Mummy Marshmallows” were super easy to make and are definitely going to a hit at our Halloween party this year! The “Mummy Marshmallows” are actually two jumbo marshmallows stacked on a lollipop stick and wrapped with Fruit by the Foot. The eyes are Skittles that I stuck on with dots of red melted chocolate. Yum! Making “Mummy Marshmallows” would even be a fun party activity for older children.
Last (and my personal favorite) are my “Wicked Witch Wands”! I made these wickedly tasty wands with a mold I bought, some pretzel rods and colored chocolate. I have to confess that this was my first attempt at molding chocolate and they are a bit imperfect but I actually ended up liking the rough edges, it only added to their beautiful wickedness. I must warn you that these wands are most absolutely perfect in their balance of sweet and salty and you might even catch adults casting spells with them!
If you are having a Halloween party this year I hope you use make free printable collection which includes an invitation, party labels printed with the names of the treats I made, blank party labels (these are great for putting names on goodie bags or using as address labels!) and a sheet of cupcake toppers! Simply click on the link to my Scribd. account, download and print.
Enjoy! Emily
